3. You Decide the Next Steps for Your Inventory

Based on your instructions, we hold undamaged merchandise before returning it to inventory. Damaged items are stored separately and can either be discarded or sent back to you, depending on your preference. Refunds can also be issued directly through our RMA system, giving you full control and flexibility over returned orders.
